Healthy Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

300grams of organic wholemeal spelt flour

110 gram of grated carrots



1 small tablespoon of organic green stevia

2 tablespoons of baking powder

1 tablespoon of bicarbonate of sodium

1 tablespoon of salt

130g of vegetable oil (olive oil if possible)

350ml of a healthy milk - e.g. organic oats milk

Instructions:


Mix the ingredients together and bake in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 40 mins or until cooked.
