Shoulder Opening Yoga Sequence


Wide angled forward bend with fingers interlocked.

Extended warrior - this is like warrior one but interlock your fingers, bend forward and take your hands overhead to a comfortable position.


Open shoulders on wall with strap.


Sarpasana - snake pose - opens up the upper back and shoulders.




Baddha hasta padmasana - start by binding at just one side.


Dhanurasana - Bow pose.


Scorpion - remember to start with your feet touching and pushing against a wall. Do this until you feel comfortable and stable in your balance.
