Ustrasana


Yoga, Mädchen, Schöne, Strecken, Übung
is also known as camel pose. Remember to come on to your toes and rest your knees on the ground. This posture opens up all of the back and the chakras especially the heart chakra. Take your neck to a comfortable position. If you need to take the head forward to relax the neck.

Setu Bandhasana



is also known as bridge pose. Every time that you breath in take your sternum towards your chin. Remember to raise up vertebrae by vertebrae and the same as you come down out of the posture. If you feel any pressure on the neck then come out from the posture.

Urdhva Dhanurasana


is also known as reverse bow pose. This posture opens up every chakra within the body and every part of the spine.
