Marinated Tofu

Marinated Tofu

 

Ingredients for Marinade:



100 to 200ml Tamari
One piece ginger finely chopped
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of honey
2-3 cloves of garlic finely chopped


Method:

1) Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together.

2) Chop one block of tofu into cubes.

3) Marinade the tofu for at least 2 hours but preferably overnight.

4) Lightly brown whilst heating in a shallow frying pan until the tofu is crunchy.

5) Yummy it is ready to eat!
