Apricot Glazed Tofu with Seeds

 Aprikosen, Zuckeraprikosen, Pfirsich, Obst, Früchte

Ingredients 

  • 1 block tofu 
  • 3 tablespoons apricot jam (made with cane sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • black pepper and rock salt to taste
  • 1/8 cup of mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame and pumpkin)

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix together the jam, vinegar, rock salt and black pepper. Stir.
  2. Shallow fry the tofu for a few minutes with olive oil.
  3. Add in the mixture of jam, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  4. Once brown add the mix of seeds to decorate.
