Tahini Breakfast Shake


Serves: 1 - 2 people.
Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

·         2 tbsp Tahini
·         4 – 5 Ice cubes
·         1 – 2 dates (or to taste for sweetness)
·         1 Ripe banana
·         ¾ cup Water
·         ½ tsp cinnamon

Method
1. Remove pits from dates and break the banana into chunks.
2. Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. For extra thickness add more tahini.
