Kale Seaweed

Kale seaweed 
  • 1 bunch of kale 
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 
  • Big pinch salt 
  • Big pinch of coconut sugar 
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds 

Preheat the oven to 170
Cut the kale into large pieces, put them on a baking tray and massage the coconut oil into the leaves really well so they’re all evenly coated and shiny
Lay them flat on baking trays, making sure they don’t overlap each other and scatter from high with sesame seeds, sugar and salt
Oven roast the kale for about 7-10mins, keeping a watchful eye as they burn quickly. Once done, transfer them to paper, where they will crisp as they cool
