Millet and Vegetable balls
Cook one packet of millet , following the instructions on packet.
Throw into mixing bowls with any cooked vegetables of your choosing. For example, green beans, aubergine, carrots& courgette/zucchini. Blitz and season with salt, pepper, herbs & olive oil. Add handful of chopped parsley and the juice of a lemon.
Roll into ball and bake at 180 degrees until crispy and golden brown.
