Açaí Bowl Breakfast

Preparation time: 10-15 min

Makes 2 servings

 

Ingredients:

 

Liquid base

1 ripe banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 portion (approximately 100g) açaí puree (check the ingredients to make sure there is no extra sugar added)

1-2 cups oats milk

2 tablespoons flax seeds

3 tablespoons peanut butter

Toppings

1-2 tablespoons hemp seeds/pumpkin seeds (or combination)

A small handful of chopped fruit

A small handful of desiccated coconut

A small handful of goji berries

A small handful of walnuts

A small handful of cocoa nibs 

 

Preparation:

1.      Put all the ingredients for the liquid base into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds, then put it to the bottom of a bowl.

2.      Put the toppings on top and enjoy.

 

Where does your protein come from?

It comes from the flax seeds and the peanut butter. If you use seeds and walnuts for the toppings this adds to the protein as well.
