 Vegan Banana Ice Cream

Preparation time: 5 min

Freezing time: 15 min

 

Serves 1 person.



Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

4 tablespoons oats milk

1 pinch vanilla powder

 

Top with cashew nuts, almonds, dark white chocolate, desiccated coconut

 

 

Preparation:

1.      Blend the bananas and the milk with the pinch of vanilla for about one minute on a high setting.

2.      Pour the banana mixture into a glass, top with the nuts, chocolate pieces or the desiccated coconut. However you like it.

3.      Cover the glass, freeze for about 15 minutes.

4.      Take the glass out, leave it for thaw about 3-4 minutes.
