 Vegan Mango Ice Cream Sticks

Preparation time: 10 min

Freezing time: 1 hr

 

Makes 8 small or 4 large ice cream sticks.


Ingredients:

1 ripe mango diced

2 ripe bananas sliced

¼ cup raisins

¾ cup oats milk

2 tablespoons desiccated coconut

 

 

Preparation:

  1. Peel the mango, dice it and slice the banana.
  2. Blend all of the ingredients together on a high setting for about 1 minute.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicon ice lolly moulds.
  4. Freeze for about an hour or so.
  5. Take out from the freezer, remove from the mould and thaw for about 2-3 minutes before serving.
