Easy Zucchini and Oregano Tofu

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes

Cooking time: 10-12 minutes

 

Serves 4 portions



Ingredients:

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 large zucchini diced

800g tofu drained and cubed

3 ½-4 tablespoons tamari sauce

1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano

¼ teaspoon sea salt

2 teaspoons garlic powder

¼ teaspoon hot paprika

 

Garnish with fresh basil

 

Preparation:

  1. Heat up the sesame oil to a high heat in a large wok. Once hot place the rest of the ingredients into the wok and stir through. Cook and continue to stir for about 10-12 minutes until the tofu has become crispy and the zucchini has become soft.
  2. The dish is now ready to be served.
