Raw Peanut Butter Cups
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil (melted)
- ¼ cup of raw cocoa or carob powder
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey
- Pinch of sea salt
- Raw peanut butter
- Mix
the coconut oil, cocoa/carob powder, honey and sea salt
together in a bowl to make the raw chocolate.
- Pour a small amount of chocolate into each mold at the bottom.
- Place in the freezer for 5 minutes until firm.
- Place a small amount of peanut butter onto the centre of each cup.
- Add
more raw chocolate to each cup until filled to the top. Put
back into the freezer for another 5-10 minutes until solid.
- Store in the fridge.
