Protein Snowflakes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups pumpkin seeds 
  • 1 cup dedicated coconut 
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds 
  • 3/4 cup flax seeds 
  • 1 cup dates 
  • 2 cups figs 
  • 2 heaped tablespoons cacao 
  • olive oil & sesame oil 
  • juice of 3 oranges 
  • spoonful of molasses 

 How to prepare:

Soak dates & figs in hot water for 1/2 hour... blend seeds with drained fig & dates orange juice coconut & molasses etc roll into balls roll in dedicated coconut- boom 💥 protein snowflakes ❄
