 Banana Lemon Mousse Cake

Ingredients

• pumpkin seeds
• coconut oil
• dates
• bananas
• figs
• lemon juice
• flax & sunflower seeds 

How to prepare

Blend pumpkin seeds, dates & coconut oil in a blender. Put the blended mix in a round bowl & squash it flat. Then blend the bananas with lemon juice, flax & sunflower seeds + the
figs (after soaking in hot water if dried) in a blender add on top of base & keep in fridge or freezer for an hour or so before serving
